Will my IP change when I upgrade or reinstall?
Your IP address is safe. It will never change. No matter if you upgrade, downgrade or reinstall your VPS. It is yours until you decide to cancel your VPS.
Will I lose my data when I upgrade?
EDIS DOES NOT touch/resize your partition! No files will be overwritten or deleted. YOU decide if you resize your partition manually or if you leave it the way it is. The partition will be provisioned to th new plans' specs if you decide to reinstall. A reinstall WIPES ALL YOUR DATA.

I want to know if I can pay with IBAN?
The EDIS KVM platform is fully automated and does not support payments via bank transfer. However, one-off payments via bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN) to top up account credit (from EUR 500) are possible. Please consult with our team.
Do you provide GUI version for Ubuntu or Debian?
EDIS does not offer a Debian or Ubuntu image with GUI enabled. Nevertheless, you can install Ubuntu 22.04 and add the GUI via a few short shell commands.
What if the assigned IP address cannot be reached from my country?
EDIS offers the (self-serviceable) option of exchanging an IP address once within the first 24 hours after delivery of your VPS.
Is it possible to downgrade?
Reducing partitions in size is not possible without complete data loss. For this reason, EDIS does not offer any downgrade options for KVM products.
Do you have any hourly plan?
EDIS does not provide "hourly VPS". Since our KVM Smart plan sells at only EUR 0.0068 per 1 hour (EUR 4.99 /month), billing by the hour would be unwise from a financial standpoint. 4 days of service would break down to approximately EUR 0.68, which is more than the fee charged by a payment provider for clearing the transaction.
